THE EXKATE ELECTRIC SKATEBOARD IS NOT A TOY. THE "POWERBOARD" ™ IS NOT AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE. THE BOARD IS INTENDED FOR USE ON PAVED OR CONCRETE TRAILS OR ROADS.
THE BOARD IS NOT TO BE OPERATED ON GRASS, THROUGH WATER, OVER DIRT ROADS, OVER GRAVEL, THROUGH DEEP POTHOLES OR OFF CURBS. THE BOARD IS TO BE OPERATED ON SMOOTH, FLAT, DRY SURFACES.
IF YOU RETURN YOUR BOARD FOR REPAIRS AND IT SHOWS SIGNS OF ABUSE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LABOR RATE OF $52.50 PER HOUR, PLUS PARTS.
This is a highly engineered product and deserves to be treated as such. We have developed this product to be a fun means of transportation. We want our customers to respect this product and we intend to help in any way possible.
1) This skateboard carries a warranty that is good for 90 days from the date of purchase when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions. All other obligations or liabilities, including liability for consequential damages, are hereby excluded.
2) The warranty covers material and workmanship.
3) The warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
4) If your board should prove defective, write to POWERBOARD SERVICE WARRANTY giving a description of the board and the defect. When POWERBOARD SERVICE WARRANTY receives your notice, replacement parts will be sent at no charge, or authorization to return the board will be given. The defective board will then be replaced.
POWERBOARD SERVICE WARRANTY WILL NOT MAKE CONSUMER DIRECT REFUNDS. Any refunds would be only at the option of the dealer where the board was purchased.
POWERBOARD SERVICE WARRANTY is not involved in any such negotiations.
5) ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
